Partner information

Partner terms

1. The service and agreement

Your supplier is Joe Bladon trading as Lead Inspector Insights. Supplier address and contact details.

Access is for organisations purchasing for business use. Create a workspace using a verified account. Workspace setup creates no payment obligation. Your purchase records identify the terms version and accepted order details.

2. Prices and credits

Bundles are 5 credits for £49, 10 for £89 and 25 for £199. Portal and API fulfilment are included. No single-pack partner purchase, subscription or automatic renewal is offered. Prices are the total payable. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Review the total shown at checkout before paying. There are no automatic renewals.

Credits last 12 calendar months from payment confirmation, using the recorded expiry time. A leap-day anniversary falls on 28 February. Credits are used from eligible batches with the earliest expiry first. Accepted orders can finish after their reserved credit expires. A returned credit keeps its original batch and expiry; a failed order does not create a fresh 12-month entitlement. See the refund policy for failures after expiry.

3. Licence and client use

One credit licenses one inspector, one frozen collection and one school or customer engagement. Multiple leaders within that engagement may use the pack. Another client or school needs another licence or an explicit written multi-school agreement. You may charge for your accompanying service and supply the licensed pack within it.

You may not publish the generated briefing publicly, redistribute it across unrelated engagements, sublicense the service or use the API as a bulk database feed. These restrictions concern our generated content and service; they do not remove independent reuse rights that apply to public source reports.

4. Collection and fulfilment

A quote identifies the eligible source collection and expires after 24 hours. Changed collections require a new quote. A complete pack comprises the V4 briefing, cited evidence appendix, collection receipt and all accepted original reports. Insufficient evidence, missing sources or exceptional collections may prevent an order or require review. We do not promise that every report ever published has been found, or omit accepted reports to meet a cost limit.

Preparation is asynchronous. No inspection outcome, question prediction or instant delivery is guaranteed. New reports published later are not automatically added; a refresh requires a new accepted quote. Retry and duplicate-order protection does not charge twice for the same entitlement.

5. Branding and evidence

You must have permission to use uploaded branding. The briefing can lead with your brand, with discreet Lead Inspector Insights methodology attribution and source references retained. Original documents remain unaltered. Do not remove citations or limitations or present the AI assessment as an official Ofsted view. Any separate professional advice must be identified as yours.

The briefing draws patterns from published inspection evidence. School context and co-authorship limit conclusions about an individual inspector. Check the cited sources and use professional judgement. We do not assess personality or guarantee what an inspector will focus on next.

6. Access, security and data

Hosted access runs for 12 months from completion, independently of credit expiry. Downloaded copies may continue to be used for the licensed engagement. Share invitations can be revoked; replacing a link does not consume a credit. Protect user accounts and API credentials, use the assigned permissions and report suspected compromise promptly.

Use an opaque client reference, not pupil data, personal client details or sensitive school evidence. Read our data and retention information alongside the website privacy notice. Account closure does not automatically erase financial records.

7. Problems, suspension and closure

Report defects with the order reference and affected citation or file. Our repair, cancellation and refund commitments are in the refund policy. Access may be restricted for compromised credentials, unlawful use or material breach, with notice and an opportunity to resolve where safe and appropriate. Security suspension is not automatic forfeiture of paid credits; outstanding obligations must be reviewed.

No term excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any future terms changes must be notified and cannot silently alter an already accepted order.
