Before you start
What does one credit cover?
One inspector, one accepted collection and one school or client engagement. Multiple leaders in that engagement can read it. Serving another school requires another licence, unless separately agreed.
Is this access to the whole report database?
No. The API supports inspector discovery, eligible collection quotes, pack orders and secure retrieval. It is not a raw report-text feed or a bulk redistribution licence.
How quickly will a pack be ready?
Preparation time varies with the collection and checks. We do not guarantee instant delivery. Orders needing intervention are reviewed; see our refund policy for support and cancellation options.
