Your first client pack
- Create your partner workspace. Register, verify your email and add your organisation’s name. Setup is free and self-service; buy credits when you’re ready.
- Set your branding and try a pre-generated sample in the workspace. Sandbox samples consume no purchased credits and make no paid AI calls.
- Buy 5, 10 or 25 credits. Search for an inspector, review eligibility and confirm the quoted collection with an opaque client reference.
- Track the order, download the completed files and create a revocable client invitation. Never send your account password or API key to a client.
For developers
Use separate sandbox credentials to test discovery, quotes, order creation, status, retrieval and webhook handling. Samples simulate generation from existing packs; they do not measure live generation speed or coverage. API fulfilment uses the same purchased balance as portal orders.
Store credentials server-side. Use idempotency keys for order retries, verify webhook signatures and handle duplicate events. Poll status if a notification is delayed. A successful order submission is not confirmation that files are ready.

What the API does not include
No bulk raw-text feed, unrestricted report redistribution or separate developer subscription. A live order must pass collection, credit, permission and spending checks. Exceptional collections may need review before acceptance.
